Cross Calisthenics is a moderate to high-intensity program characterized by alternating functional calisthenics exercises, which also improve myocardial function. Kids calisthenics for ages 11-15. We aim to provide flexibility, strengthen their bodies, and help them have control over their posture in space, using more exercise flows, acrobatics, and strength training.
